12th year of Refresh behind the awards
Specialist PR agency for the trade, Refresh, is continuing its role as media partner for the Heating Installer Awards for another year, helping to bring the stories of the UK’s best heating installers to a wider audience.
Refresh has been behind the Heating Installer Awards since its launch, providing the PR, marketing and communications expertise needed to grow the awards from a new industry initiative into an established and respected platform for recognising heating installation excellence.
What Refresh does behind the scenes
The agency works with some of the UK’s leading HVAC and building services brands and has extensive experience communicating with the trade. For the awards, this means putting that knowledge to work behind the scenes. From generating entries and creating social media and video content, to securing media coverage, supporting sponsors and partners, and helping finalists and winners make the most of the opportunities that come with being involved.
The awards have evolved significantly since they were first launched, with the installer community continuing to grow year on year. In 2025, the programme also expanded with the launch of The Plumber Awards, bringing plumbers into the wider Installer Awards community for the first time.

Entries open for 2027
With entries for the Heating Installer Awards 2027 now open, Refresh is encouraging installers across the UK to put themselves forward and share the projects, skills and achievements they’re most proud of. Entries are free (enter here) and close on 14th January 2027.
