Danfoss is on a mission to make installer life easier on September 2nd, Danfoss launches a dedicated website designed to make life easier for busy heating professionals. Installer Life is an easier route for installers to solve any queries when out on a job, and at the end of a working day, online games and fun puzzles will help them de-stress.
The first version of the website will be released in September 2019, and we are inviting all installers to give it a try and see what a difference it can make when choosing and fitting Danfoss domestic heating controls. As well as being a go-to online product resource, the new web site features training modules and helpful YouTube videos as well as puzzles and competitions for installers to enjoy during their downtime. Specially designed by Danfoss to make life easier for busy heating professionals, Installer Life can be accessed anytime, anywhere using a smartphone, tablet or desktop computer.
Always at your fingertips
“Installer Life is an exciting new concept in digital customer support,” explains Gareth Ash, Marketing & Technical Support Manager: “We have applied our extensive knowledge of working with domestic installers over many years to create an online encyclopaedia featuring selected residential Danfoss offerings,” he says. “With just a few clicks, installers can find the latest product data sheets, online training, links to our helpful ‘How To’ videos on YouTube and much more.”
The website also includes a new Product Finder tool with product comparison tables covering a selected range of residential Danfoss products from programmable room thermostats to thermostatic radiator valves, to burner and floor heating components. “Finding the right product information and support online can be surprisingly difficult. This tool is a new way of making product data available to installers and together with the installers we will ensure that the content evolves over time. The Product Finder shows individual products and models alongside their specific features and benefits. Being able to compare each offering at a glance makes it much easier for installers to choose the right product for their customers,” Gareth adds.
Start using it straight away
The Danfoss Installer Life website is already online in a preview version, and you can go online and sign up for the full release straight away. Summing up, Gareth says: “We know our customers are busy people who need information fast and without fuss. Installer Life is all about meeting that need with useful information, and online games to help installers de-stress at the end of a working day.”
